TERRIBLE! They had the vehicle I was looking for. I scheduled an appointment and let them know I was a serious buyer a week in advance. The sales person stood They had the vehicle I was looking for. All kinds of hidden fees during the transaction that they like to charge. Stephanie who handles the paperwork has very limited experience and the customer service all around is just awful. I paid cash for the vehicle and it took over three hours just to get it signed. Now three weeks later I still cannot get the title and proper paperwork from them to even register my vehicle with the DMV. Arie the sales manager will not even return a phone call to let me know what the status is with the title. Such a simple transaction and they make it miserable with there incompetents. This is how they treat cash buyers. Stay away from them and there other dealership in Wilsonville Oregon. More
Absolutely awful. They are incompetent and simply skip much of what they are charging for. They destroyed our car. Terrible customer service - AWFUL. I tried to purchase a car from them and as I was signing the paperwork the manager came in to raise the price by 2k. Took the car I bought from anoth I tried to purchase a car from them and as I was signing the paperwork the manager came in to raise the price by 2k. Took the car I bought from another Volvo dealer in and I sat for 5 hours to leave without my car being fixed. I called back when I realized the problem persisted and they never called me back. More
Love the car, service is well, non existent. A large TV screen, newspapers and magazines on the floor, couple of chairs. Today I turned up for my appointment for 30,000mile service, they told me they were overwhelmed, that it would take possibly a couple of days and they recommended I reschedule 30 days down the road and could not assure me it would not happen all over again. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COST, SEE AN INDE[PENDENT that is what I will be doing. More
Save yourself the headache and don’t EVER buy from here. Complete scam artists. We bought a 2017 Ford truck with a signed “we owe you” agreement to fix a cross traffic safety sensor that went off during our Complete scam artists. We bought a 2017 Ford truck with a signed “we owe you” agreement to fix a cross traffic safety sensor that went off during our test drive on May 29th, 2022. When the sensor goes off, it shuts off our air (hot and/or AC), heated/AC seats, our passenger airbag and the truck’s running boards. After our truck was in and out of the shop for over 8 MONTHS they are now refusing to fix the sensor issue saying that it was fixed and that the same safety sensor that’s still going off (along with the the airbags, air, running boards and seats) must be something entirely new. It’s never been fixed. I have yet to drive this truck without it going off. Now that they are looking at a steeper bill from a AutoNation Ford of Bellevue (A shop they recommended) to explore and fix said issue, Volvo is refusing to fix it. They recommend we call our extended warranty company to have it covered. I kept very detailed lists of everything, saved every voicemail, email, text (or lack of their response) and have a background in business law. What they are doing is completely unethical. Volvo should be disgusted at the way this store represents them. Update: Now here we are, a year later. We were contacted ONCE by Volvo’s in house lawyer. But he never called back. Found out by taking our truck to Bowen Scarff Ford that it had been completely re-wired in 2020, there’s corrosion all over inside the driver’s door and our issues with the dash were because the wire harness under the drivers seat was replaced incorrectly…. This re-wiring information was held from us at the time of purchase and is not on the CarFax we were presented. It wasn’t until we took it to a different Ford Dealership that we were made aware. We also found out that none of our truck’s issues are covered under the extended warranty they sold us because it wont cover anything that has already been replaced! Had we known the truck had been re-wired we wouldn’t have purchased the truck or it’s worthless warranty. I’m currently writing letters to the BBB, District Attorney, Washington State’s Attorney General and Vic Doolan (The VOLVO CEO). I will not stop. I expected so much better from the Volvo name than what we got. More
