After running over road debris, I made an appointment TWO MONTHS out to have my car checked and serviced - that was the earliest appointment where a loaner car was available. (It was still one month without MONTHS out to have my car checked and serviced - that was the earliest appointment where a loaner car was available. (It was still one month without the loaner.) The person I spoke with told me to bring it in today and they could look at it to make sure there’s no major damage. When I arrived, I was told it would take 3-4 hours - I didn’t have that much time, so I left. I think there’s likely no big issues, but I guess I’ll find out in two months. Major service fail, major safety fail. More
Overpriced and poor service. I would only take my vehicle there while still under warranty. I never once felt HEARD. After paying almost 2k for my volvo to NOT be fixed, I was given the excuse that “ sadly you do have a older car and things are wearing out…” When I asked them to take another look, they found the actual problem and asked that I pay another 800.00+ to fix it. I reminded them that I bought my “older car” from them as a certified used vehicle and had only serviced it there at which time I was offered a 15% discount. In the end I took it to a privately owned garage that repaired it for less than 400.00. I was planning to buy another Volvo from them this winter and will now shop elsewhere. More
