I was my own sales representative. Poor preparation. * I came in to the dealership on July 16th and particularly specified what I was looking for (colors and configuration). I was told that the car that matches my criteria was not available. Since that day for the next 2 month Sales person was trying to sell me numerous cars that didn't match my criteria. I think it's important to respect customer's wish and not try to make me settle for less. I kept insisting on the model/specifications I originally outlined. * After almost 2 months, on September 5, Sales rep sends me an email stating he "did a national search for me and configuration that Im are looking for is not available... ", which was hard to believe. Considering that I don't have internal tools, it took me about 30 min to find a car that fits my description in Utah. --- Please note, I found a car myself and sent it to the sales rep. I was my own sales representative, I paid for shipping too. * A dealer was indeed kind enough and agreed to transport that car to me from a different state, I came in the same day on September 8 and posted a deposit. I was told it typically takes 2 weeks for a car to get here. * Three weeks later, I scheduled a car pickup with a Sales rep. Evening before, I get a call that the car is "delayed" and it will take another week. Overall it took 30 days for a car to get here from Utah (12 hour drive). * October 9, I schedule an appointment to pick up a car. Paperwork was clearly not ready and it took me 2 hours to get the keys. Should it really have to take that long to sign 10 documents? Sales rep also failed to mention that I got _a special price_ for Amazon employees. After I picked up a car, he was calling me multiple times a day to sign some documents. Again - preparation was horrible. More

Service Unknown to us, our warranty expired at 50,000 miles. We showed up for the 50,000 mile service at 50028. After discussion with our service person, Chr Unknown to us, our warranty expired at 50,000 miles. We showed up for the 50,000 mile service at 50028. After discussion with our service person, Chris, it was agreed that VOLVO would cover the routine 50000 mile service. We have been VOLVO customers for 15 years. And once again we felt that VOLVO held to its standards of exceptional service. Based on this experience, it is likely that our next vehicle will be another VOLVO! More

The service was Good but nothing exceptional, I came back to pick up my car and noticed that it was not washed and still dirty on the outside. The gentleman did bring it to the back and wash it for me after I asked about it. The waiting area in this place was not the best for my kids who are 2 & 4, minimal activities and mediocre snacks and beverages. For a Volvo dealership to be in Bellevue I had a higher expectation than what was presented. I would say I had better experience at other dealerships. More

Fast an efficient repair One morning I got in my 2017 Volvo XC60 to discover water in the passenger-side footwell. Huh? Could it be the air conditioning? Something else/ I ca One morning I got in my 2017 Volvo XC60 to discover water in the passenger-side footwell. Huh? Could it be the air conditioning? Something else/ I called the dealer and made an appointment. They provided a loaner car - a beautiful, brand new Volvo S60 - and I went about my business. Later the service tech phoned to tell me that leaves had clogged the sun roof drain, and it had been cleared. I didn't feel like fighting traffic that afternoon - Seattle traffic is terrible - so they said it was all right if I came in the next morning. The whole experience was about as pleasant as a car repair can be. More
