I bought a 2018 hybrid xc90 that had so many issues within the first 4 months that I was very upset. The service manager worked with me on the car and then helped me with the sales team to move me int within the first 4 months that I was very upset. They put me in a 2021 with 11,000 miles dealership loaner and split the lost so I only paid 1,500 more. Not many dealership would do this!!!! I Honest dealership that stood behind their car and made the situation right. I can not recommend them enough!!!! This situation could have gone so wrong for me and I could have lost 15,000 dollars. Put us on hold while trying to arrange shuttle for 20 minutes before we decided to hang up. Called back and left a voice mail. In summary, a two hour repair (two days max if the necessary part needed to be ordered) took one week. I was not told the truth when I inquired about the status of the repairs. At the end the manager of the service department helped that the repair was finally done. It is important to note that my cost of the repair included one week of car rental. The company did not provide a loaner vehicle which was offered to me at other Volvo service locations. Although this was the worst experience I have ever had with Volvo service (and I will not go back to the Bellevue location) I should say that the necessary work was done well at the end. More
