Paul is an excellent partner for the Volvo family and always considers the customer first. He asks questions and provides input accordingly. One negative I would say that trying to be upsold on additional packages (not from Paul), even though I explicitly told the finance individual having me sign paper work that I was not interested was not a great experience. I said all I want to do is reduce my monthly payment and he insisted on still walking through the three upsell options even though I already said no. This was really frustrating. Total waste of time there. He didn't listen to my needs, just said it was mandatory, or something like that. More
