These guys will sell you a car, sure. But they don’t understand their own contracting terms, and their customer service afterwards is abhorrent. The best example is a genuine response to a question about a lease contract, “Oh, I don’t know, I’m just the finance guy.” They refuse to answer any phone call or email. They play the “oh, that’s not my responsibility” phone tag game, then drop your call. They do the same thing via email. Expect to have to drive in and raise xxxx to get any issue addressed, much less fixed. Even simple things, like getting the plates you paid for up front. Do read the Yelp reviews; they’re more resistant to company paid-for takedowns than the other websites. More
