Had to get service done for an EVAC leak with Volvo Bellevue. Jorge was very communicative and helpful explaining the priority of the fixes and hooked me up with a loaner. Parts department was honest. Service department was a nightmare!! My radio went out on my 2007 Volvo. I called Bellevue Volvo parts and they said the radio is no longer avai Service department was a nightmare!! My radio went out on my 2007 Volvo. I called Bellevue Volvo parts and they said the radio is no longer available; you might be able to get a used one but it might need to be programmed to the car. I appreciate the honest information! I got a used radio and it powered up but did not show any radio options. I called Service and they said they could program it even though the radio was discontinued. I asked if I would be charged if they could not program it. They said they would not charge me. So I brought the car and handed over the keys. A few hours later I was informed that they tried to program the radio twice but the radio would not work (same symptoms). They charged me $350 and said they reduced the labor costs because the dealership purchased the reprogramming software twice. I told them the charge was excessive and was willing to pay half the bill. They would not reduce the charge. It cost me $350 to get no value except the knowledge that the Service department is a rip off. More

But when I decided to consider a new XC90, I was very happy with how the help I got from the sales team, especially Saylah, who was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly that it made making the difficult decisions much easier. No sense of urgency or pressure to make decisions, but just casual conversation and time to consider all my concerns and needs before making important decisions. Saylah was very accommodating and accessible for all my questions, as were the other sales associates. I would have no problem highly recommending the sales department at the Bellevue Volvo dealership. More
