The sales process was very efficient. The after purchase follow up, specifically on getting the car titled in Virginia and receiving our tags was slower than I feel it should have been. This was the first time since 2014 when I bought my first Volvo here that I felt the service was off. There was a lack of follow-through and supervision that ended up with me arriving to pick up my car that Volvo here that I felt the service was off. I opened the door to get in and found an interior that was absolutely filthy. The floor was littered with debris and the seats were covered in grease. I had to wait for someone to clean the seats and vacuum which was not ideal. I know Kevin was sick for part of the time during my service but there was no continuity by whoever took over. So sorry to have to write this because I am usually thrilled with the service. More
