Update: After posting this review, Marc (Sales Manager) contacted me directly and apologized for the lack of response. He committed to reimbursing the cost of the missing factory floor mats and agreed to split the cost of replacing the second key. I appreciate him reaching out and working toward a resolution (hence 4 Star), and I will update this review again once everything is completed

Final Update: After my initial review, Marc (Sales Manager) contacted me directly, apologized, and followed through on his commitment. The dealership reimbursed the full cost of the missing factory floor mats and worked with me to resolve the second key. I appreciate Marc stepping in and making things right.
