Despite calling multiple times and being assured that the car we were interested in was at the dealer, went this morning to find out that the car had purportedly been sold last night. Of course, they had oth car we were interested in was at the dealer, went this morning to find out that the car had purportedly been sold last night. Of course, they had other cars to show us [!]. The most galling part is that the dealership actually called us this morning to find out when we were coming to look at the car; that they supposedly sold already. This dealership is not honorable or trustworthy. I suggest that you shop elsewhere and do not waste your time with these fools. I left a deposit on a 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan and was called by the sal I suggest that you shop elsewhere and do not waste your time with these fools. I left a deposit on a 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan and was called by the sales agent Greg the next day to pick the car up. I said I needed the final amount due, including the VIN, and I'll be there in 2 days to pick it up. When I called on 4/29 to confirm pick up I was given the run around and heard nothing back until I called a second time. Eventually, a manager named Giuseppe told me he sold and delivered the car to another buyer "accidentally". This was no accident and an intentional sale at a higher profit margin. The salesman then attempted to rewrite history through lies and deceit. Avoid at all costs!!! More
