Made an early appointment to get my front light fixed. Mike told me that it would take 2 hours. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ismael at Volkswagen of South Miami. From the start, he was quick and dismissive, unwilling to listen to my concerns or take the time to understand what I n at Volkswagen of South Miami. His communication was confusing, and he was often rude during our interactions. I was promised an email with a list of dealerships that would honor the warranty offered, but after yesterday’s conversation, I still haven’t received any follow-up. Instead of helping, he would just hand the phone over to someone else and send me in circles. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I’m very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and communication. I expected better from this dealership. More
I live out of the area and was looking to purchase a used car-- spent all day dealing with multiple people only to get to 8:30pm, a half hour before they closed, and they screwed up my deal by sending in the car-- spent all day dealing with multiple people only to get to 8:30pm, a half hour before they closed, and they screwed up my deal by sending in the wrong information after I told them exactly what I wanted. I worked with Nicholas and Leo who were both very nice and helpful, but the finance manager was an absolute nightmare to work with. They tried to bait me into making lower payments with higher interest for a longer period of time, when I had told them from the beginning that that was not what I was looking for. If things had proceeded more efficiently, this rating might've been 3 stars. More
Today I took my daughter's car for a liking issue. After two hours they took me to the mechanic who told me that the engine leak concern cost over $2100 and the warranty did not pay because the car w After two hours they took me to the mechanic who told me that the engine leak concern cost over $2100 and the warranty did not pay because the car was hit in the bottom - WELL WE NEVER HIT THE CAR AGAINST "SOMETHING" - They show me with a light a piece of the subject but there was NOTHING WRONG - NO DAMAGE AT ALL - they wanted to have an excuse to avoid covering with the warranty - probably they get more money from me. Since this is the second time it happens - first time with another dealer -- I decided to sell this car as soon as possible and buy other brand as. Drove almost 2 hrs to see a vehicle that was in the lot according to one of their staff that same day. Once we got there, the same person was not even there at work and hadn't checked that the car had been according to one of their staff that same day. Once we got there, the same person was not even there at work and hadn't checked that the car had been sold. According to the sales person that helped us, the car has not been in the lot for 2 days. Then the manager comes to tell us it was actually sold the night before. I only give it 2 stars because the lady that helped us and Karel were very nice and apologized about the situation and actually tried to help us with any other cars we were interested in. We understand mistakes can happen, but we were in contact with them since the night prior, and having to drive that much to get there to that mass is definitely a bummer. At the time of this review, the car somehow is still up and available on their website and 3rd party websites. More

I obtained insurance and provided copy to my salesman. I reported to True Car my purchase. My salesman secured the car for me, thanked me for earning my business, and acknowledged that I would return the next day with payment when my bank was open. I returned the next day as agreed with payment. I was then informed that the car was sold to someone else. I was told return of my deposit could take up to 30 days. I have to reverse everything I done with True Car and insurance. A few days later I was thanked by the dealership for my purchase. Something is not right. More
I was hoping my review would improve since I last reviewed South Motors Volkswagen but unfortunately they have not fixed the issue with my 2021 VW Tiguan and have been waiting for Alex Robles, Servic reviewed South Motors Volkswagen but unfortunately they have not fixed the issue with my 2021 VW Tiguan and have been waiting for Alex Robles, Service Manager to assist me since last week. My car has been in the dealer for the same issue, check light on and oil problems at 3,983, 7,477, 10,856 15,280, 16,292, 18,475, 19,109 and 20,926 the last five times it has been on a monthly basis, this occurs every 600 to 800 driven miles. Can't drive car out of town, I cant take time off from work anymore to sit in the dealer for hours and getting a loaner is like pulling teeth. Unfortunately, I need to continue driving this lemon because it is my only means of communications so I hope it will not leave me stranded or the engine ruined or damaged. It is sad that the service department is so bad at this dealer. I regret changing from an Infiniti to VW, the service at South Infiniti was the best experience I've ever encounter with a dealer. I guess it is time to contact the Better Business Bureau, file a complaint with Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicle and email Johnathan Chariff, CEO. I am confident that contacting these three entities/individuals will help me resolve my problem. Alex Robles, has been alerted of the problem so it is on him should something happen to the car. More
