John Schmidt was a delight to work with. He was friendly and extremely helpful as well as diplomatic to someone who had neglected to service their car properly -- me! All staff is exceptional, friendly and consumer oriented. I am assuming when I purchased the vehicle 7 months ago that I have purchased a wrecked vehicle with no knowledge of it at the time of sale but the service department said they would look into it and get back to me.
