Ty Matthews was the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. Granted I have not dealt with many, but I brought along a team of men who have cumulatively probably purchased 30 cars. I did not experience the high pressure sale that I have experienced in the past at other dealerships. I was encouraged to test drive a new vehicle. Because the dealership did not have exactly what I was experienced in the past at other dealerships. I was encouraged to test drive a new vehicle. Because the dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for in stock, the salesman offered to locate the vehicle. The salesman then told me about a current year vehicle with 5000 miles that was available. This vehicle was not in my first color choice. The salesman offered to let me keep the vehicle over night. I purchased that vehicle the next day. The following morning I experienced a mechanical issue with the vehicle. I returned to the dealership that morning. The service department identified the problem. A replacement part was not available. I was told it would be two to three days before the repairs could be completed. The service department acquired an rental vehicle for my use at their cost. The salesman called to follow up on the sale from the day before. I advised of the service related issue. I expressed my concern that the relationship with the dealership was not starting out very positive. Less than 8 hours later I received another call from the salesman. The salesman advised me the repairs had been completed and I could pick up my vehicle. Mechanical things break and have to be repaired. What makes this salesman, service department, and dealership stand above the rest is their commitment to excellent customer service. It is the recovery and resolution of this issue that I will highly recommend the salesman and dealership to friends and family. More
