We met Lee Costin and were immediately made to feel welcome. Lee listened to our ideas and was very patient and knowledgeable as we explored either the Passat or Jetta options. When we decided on the Jetta TDI sedan, Lee guided us through the process to check our qualifications and put us in touch with Ty Matthews. Ty checked our qualifications and gave us several great options to finance our new Jetta and to trade or sell our current car. We opted to sell our car outside of the dealership and Lee and Ty handled all of our ideas and concerns with patience and knowledge. We had previously dealt with the service department at this dealership and found it to be outstanding as well. This dealership is top-notch from the facility to the staff.
