This was hands down my best car buying experience ever. We went to VW of South Charlotte to look at an Acura MDX for my wife. We parked next to the car in the lot and our salesman Abe Asmar came out and of We went to VW of South Charlotte to look at an Acura MDX for my wife. We parked next to the car in the lot and our salesman Abe Asmar came out and offered help within 5 minutes of our arrival, and even though it was an Acura he was extremely knowledgeable about the car. This was also the first time my wife has ever picked out the car that she wanted, and was already feeling overwhelmed about the experience after visiting other dealerships. Abe was excellent at listening to her and answering her questions, as well as showing all of the features and details of the car to her. We wanted to trade in her current vehicle as well, and Abe had the trade in evaluated and inspected while we were test driving the Acura, and it was finished by the time we returned. Overall we got a great deal and an a good value for our trade. Abe was very professional, prompt, and courteous during the whole transaction, and really took the anxiety and pressure out of buying a car. I would highly recommend him again. As far a friendliness I would go back just to hang out with the sales floor, the warm bodies of living human beings that care about what they do, sure made me feel more comfortable. Price was the final sale and the icing on the cake. I was given and I earned an affordable rate monthly that was too good to walk away from. It truely was a pleasure to buy my first Volkswagen, oh and did mention the car rocks also, they didn't force me into something under a pressure situation. Promises made verbally and shown to you on paper can and in my case were backed out of by VW of South Charlotte. When you try to hold them accountable they pull out another form that says they aren't liable in my case were backed out of by VW of South Charlotte. The F&I Director acknowledges (Moe) that I was given the wrong information on the wrong state forms but they refuse to honor thier word or make it right. And the scratch they promised to fix still has not been. They had the car for a week but that wasn't enough time to repair it. BEWARE! More
