Normally dealing with a dealership is a very painful experience. My experience with Volkswagen of South Charlotte though, was by far the best experience I have ever had and better even than I had though experience. Mickael was my representative, and he made me feel welcome and like I actually mattered to him more than just a sale. He took his time with me and only assisted me in looking for a new car, not pushing me towards anything in particular. This dealership has earned a lifelong customer if my experience remains the same over the coming years, and I am sure to recommend them to any person I know.
