I liked the whole process, being able to see the finance guys and business offices. The dealership is a very open and has a friendly atmosphere. Matt did a great job helping us through the whole process, then "after the sell" taking the time to teach me about some of the features in my car and even setting up my phone. Superior customer service! We were driving through from Ty Ty, Georgia and stop to spend the night in Charlotte. We saw the VW dealership and went by to take a look. We were greeted by Kwasi. Since 2001, I had dealt primarily with the service team for scheduled maintenance on my former 2001 VW Beetle purchased elsewhere. When traded recently, my 2001 Beetle had close to 200K miles on it and was still performing well which is not only a tribute to the brand, but the service team as well. I would like to point out that since Mark Cohen became the GM, I noticed a significant change and improvement upon how the customer is treated when visiting his dealership. Matt Hettel exhibited superb product knowledge in acquainting me with the features and operation of my 2013 VW R-Line Beetle. He willingly programmed the car radio and navigation system thereby eliminating the step by step procedures I would have had to follow using the owner's manual. In a nutshell, the car was completely prepped and ready in all aspects for ME the new owner. It doesn't get any better than this! More
