Happy in Tennessee I purchased a 2015 VW Passat on 05/01/15 from VW of South Charlotte. I had been trying to find a Passat SE with white exterior and cornsilk/titan bla I purchased a 2015 VW Passat on 05/01/15 from VW of South Charlotte. I had been trying to find a Passat SE with white exterior and cornsilk/titan black interior and finally found exactly what I wanted at VW of South Charlotte. My husband contacted the dealership and talked with Darren Addonisio. Darren was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and was very helpful in our final decision on the purchase. We spoke with him several times and were pleased with the deal we were able to make on the price of the vehicle. I drove from Greeneville, TN to pick up my new vehicle where Michael Passaro was waiting with paperwork ready to sign. I was very impressed with Michael as he was eager to answer any questions I might have. He also give me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to everyone. He did an excellent job of showing me how to operate all the gadgets on my new vehicle and also included some interesting history about Volkswagen. I was also impressed with Brittany who processed the final paperwork. She was also extremely helpful in explaining the extended warranty options and answering any questions. I have been driving my new Passat for six days now and I LOVE it. I'm also enjoying the great gas mileage. I would definitely recommend VW of South Charlotte to anyone. More

Called to confirm it was still there since I'd be driving 2 hours from Asheville, spoke with Spiros and set an appointment for that afternoon. SUV was exactly what I was looking for. Low pressure negotitations from Spiros and Darren. Quick and easy financing and Abe got us an incredible rate. Would recommend to family and friends, I would certainly go back if they have the right car for me in the future. More

The Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I had a great team that worked with me at VW South Charlotte. I was not the easiest of customers to deal with because of the various things I was requ I had a great team that worked with me at VW South Charlotte. I was not the easiest of customers to deal with because of the various things I was requesting with the lease of my 2015 Passat Limited. Moe, Ramsey, Darren, Moe, and Abe did a wonderful job in making sure that I received exactly what I was looking for and answered any question that I had concerning the vehicle I was leasing and future issues concerning the end of my lease and the "what next" steps. Love My New Tiguan Recently, and very unexpectedly I found myself in need of a new vehicle in an unfamiliar city. A friend suggested I start the process of finding one by talking to Ramsey at Volkswagen of South Charlotte; best decision I ever made. Ramsey patiently listened while I explained my needs and concerns and I never felt pressured or rushed. He was knowledgeable and professional as well as warm and friendly. After test driving a Tiguan I knew it was the car for me. Ramsey then left me in the very capable hands of Brittney to do the paperwork. She was quick and efficient and went above and beyond by making phone calls to find out how I could keep the personalized license plate I've had for more than 20 years. Then it was back to Ramsey to show me how everything on the car worked. He assured me that he and the dealership's service department will be there for me in the coming years and off I went. The next day I went back to drop off paperwork so they could get my personalized license plate for me. I dealt with the Asmar brothers and they too were professional and friendly. My entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and I highly recommend Ramsey and Volkswagen of South Charlotte. More
