As a Washington resident the process of getting a Washington registration and license is not quick. It took 15 days for my paperwork to get to Washington DOL. The real problem was that the odometer reading paperwork had not been Notarized before being sent which is a requirement of the DOL in Washington. The title clerk at this dealership failed to do her job correctly and there is NO doubt in my mind that I am far from the first Washington resident to purchase a vehicle at this dealership so when she tells me via email that "we don't normally send Notarized copies of the odometer reading" I have to seriously question her job capability.
