Trash people selling trash cars. If you buy from them make sure you have a lawyer because they will screw you every way possible. They could have just fixed the oil leaking from the car but they tried to make sure you have a lawyer because they will screw you every way possible. New ownership seems to be way better if you want a fair good deal see Brian schlottman he will hook you up. We were just scoping out the possibility of moving to a Jetta once the lease was up on our Sentra good deal see Brian schlottman he will hook you up. We were just scoping out the possibility of moving to a Jetta once the lease was up on our Sentra my Tiguan was in for service so killing time we did some inquiring. By the way the service department has always been great too I’ve never had my car served anywhere else again prices are fair and in line with everywhere else prices are even on the website when you book online. Anyways a bit of working some number and a deal was struck brain was easy to work with no BS no usual snaky car sales games. I will be returning in a few years when it’s time to trade my Tiguan I’ll be seeking brain hopefully another easy fair deal can be made again. More
Worst experience ever. Had an appointment to test drive a car. Called before i left my home to confirm car was still there since we would be driving over 2 hrs to get to this dealership.. Brock said it was a car. Called before i left my home to confirm car was still there since we would be driving over 2 hrs to get to this dealership.. Brock said it was available so we headed out. We got there and were greeted by Eric who knew of our appointment. He had us wait in the waiting area. After about 20 minutes he came to us said he was getting the keys and bringing the car up. We waited another half hour...when i went to see what was happening he was sitting with another employee and asked me if i had been helped. I reminded him that he said he was getting the keys to show us the car. I headed back to the waiting area. He came back 10 minutes later said he could not find the vehicle. He had the keys just no car. Anyways for the next 40 minutes they searched. No car. Our appointment was 6pm. 7:45 Eric asked if we would be interested in seeing another like the one we initially came for. We walked out with him only to look at another car 2 grand more expensive. I am very patient. I have never had to write a bad review. They offered nothing to compensate us for our time/gas. I am just so frustrated. We left our home before 4pm. I just got back 10:20pm. Leaving to pick up a car and coming back with nothing but frustratation. I still cant believe what happened there tonight. More

Not only does he have great soft skills and brings a smile to your face but is super honest and is there to help you out. Their service department is also very laid back and its not stressful at all. The biggest plus is that I was able to get my car serviced even though I was late in normal service hours. I scheduled my service time at 5pm on a Tuesday which for this dealership is a tight squeeze in time. As I was leaving work headed there, John gave me a call and told me that today may not work as there may not be a tech to work on the vehicle. I was ok with setting another appointment as the issue I had was minor. Then John asked if I was on my way and I said that I was about 25 min away and he said, "Do you know what, I am sure we can get you in today. I will see you at 5pm." I am sure the other service advisors are just as qualified but im telling you from experience. I have started with John Paul and now im sticking with him. Thank you John! More

What a joke of a store I am normally not the type to leave reviews, but this dealership has been by far my worst experience in the near 20 vehicles I have owned. Aside fr I am normally not the type to leave reviews, but this dealership has been by far my worst experience in the near 20 vehicles I have owned. Aside from my salesman, Jack, being very knowledgeable, nothing else about this experience has been positive at all. I came back to purchase my vehicle (certified pre-owned GTI) on a Monday after already being there on a Saturday to get the pricing figured out. Jack informed me that the car would already be prepped and that I could be in and out very quickly (within an hour). This was not the case at all. I waited in Jack’s office over two hours just to get access to a signing room and was at the dealer that night for about three and a half hours to sign on a car I already negotiated pricing on a few days ago. While I was in the singing room, I had the displeasure of working with a very arrogant and cocky finance manager. This man seemed too busy flirting with the cashier over the phone to even care or notice I was buying a car from them. He was so distracted that he began registering new plates for my car even though we had already discussed that I would be transferring plates from my trade-in. When I made him aware of this, he told me “don’t tell me how to do my job.” I find this pretty amusing as he was about to do his job entirely wrong if I didn’t say anything. The negative experience doesn’t stop there. Upon taking delivery of my car and pulling out of the garage at the store, I noticed that my car has 40 miles until empty (not even enough to get me home). I call my sales guy as I’m sitting in the parking lot as the dealer is now closed and he tells me “We are doing this new thing where we don’t fill up used cars anymore.” I find this interesting as I just spent $20,000+ on a car and you can’t even give it a full tank of fuel. Upon getting the car home and really going through it, I realize that I’m missing a rear floor mat, the windshield has some chips directly in the line of sight of the driver (not sure how this would pass a CPO inspection), there is a splatter residue all over the gauges (I thought this was just water spray, it was not. It had to be removed with a plastic polish), and there was some cleverly applied touch-up paint on the front bumper disguising some damage. I called Jack to make him aware of this and he informed me to contact Bob, the service manager. I call the dealership and ask to speak with Bob and am told Bob hasn’t worked for the dealer in quite some time. They transfer me to the generic service number where no one answers my call. I left a voicemail and my call was never returned. I informed Jack of this, and he said that he would check with service and either the service department would get back to me, or he would get back to me. I heard nothing from anyone. But wait, there’s more. Two months into ownership I wanted to remove the wheels from my car, normally this would be no big deal. When buying the vehicle I specifically asked twice (once on the Saturday and once on the Monday) if the car had locking lug nuts, and if it did, would the key be included in the car. I was told “Yes, it absolutely would have to have the key because it is a certified vehicle.” There is no key anywhere to be found in my car. I called the service department and again, no one picked up. I left a voicemail, no one responded. I contacted Jack, he says he’s going on vacation for a week and will have his manager contact me. I heard nothing. I honestly cannot make this kind of stuff up. I recommend that no one goes to this dealership if you value your time, or the after-sale experience. I have no intentions on ever returning to this dealership for service, or to purchase another car. I have worked in the Auto industry and have owned many vehicles, and never before have I experienced anything like this, especially from a franchise dealership. More

Called Autobarn to see if they could take care of it right away... and... they could. They squeezed me into the last hour of their day and provided a 5 year battery at a cost I thought was right. Thanks. More
