3 years later, this dealership is still haunting me I bought a car here 3 years ago, and it came with a 2 year certified warranty. They told me they did some kind of multi-point inspection on the car. t I bought a car here 3 years ago, and it came with a 2 year certified warranty. They told me they did some kind of multi-point inspection on the car. they printed me a copy of it. I guarantee you they never did. back then, the tires were feathered, the alignment was way off, the headlights weren't balanced, the driver side door sensor didn't work, and every time I would bring it back to them, their cleaning guy would wipe the dash with a rag, and broke the tabs on my vents (have no proof of the rag, but I would get the car back with the vent tabs broken off and in the cupholder) a few days ago, I had a boost leak. I took it (mkv gti) to another dealer for a diagnosis, only to find out that all of the intercooler piping was replaced with mismatched, aftermarket breather hosing, which were not even a correct fit for the car. I cannot even articulate how infuriated I am. Its going to cost me several hundred dollars in parts. and if I go back to these guys, they'll just tell me that I did it. So I'm not going to bother. I am amazed that such a place is in business. I would expect this kind of nonsense from a used car lot, not a "dealer of the year' business (I cannot believe that garbage). Thats it. That's all I've got. No one put me up to this. I'm just mad, and justifiably so. More
I thought they take care of their customers. They sold me a 2005 ML350 and when I got home I started to notice a mildew smell and the carpets were stained. With the first rain, my wife went out to the car to find the driver side front floor board was soaked. There was a leak somewhere. Took car to my Mechanic and the car had several things that were wrong with it. After several attempts and writing a bad review, Joe Parks and Vic Jalili contacted me to get things fixed. They set my wife up with a loaner car and worked on it. At first I thought everything was good and they were going to take care of things. Joe Parks was taking care of us. When Joe called and said the car was ready, I asked if when we pick up the car, would we have a print out of everything that was done. He said yes. When my wife got there, they said they did not have time to get the list of what was done. My wife got in the car and noticed the Check engine light was on Still. Called Joe Parks and sent emails about the check engine light and not having a print out ready and was told they didnt have time to get to that. So why did they tell me after having my car for 2 weeks, that everything was done, when it was not. Below is the list of items that was wrong and what was done after we picked up the car, when Joe said everything was finished. After my wife picked up the car I had her take it back to our Mechanic to check the list of items to see what was done and not. 1) Tire leak is coming from a leaking plug in the shoulder of the tire (will need new tire) Tire has been replaced 2) Water leak from the left front (will need to remove covers and possible dash to identify) Water leak has been fixed 3) Oxygen sensor has failed and connector is corroded due to water from interior leak (will need to pull carpet and inspect harness) Not addressed and cause of Check engine light (note: Harness is badly corroded and needs to be replaced) 4) Both rear suspension springs are broken (purchase with strut assembly) Not addressed 5) Both outer tie rods loose 5/5 Tie rods have been replaced 6) Right front ball joint is loose 3/5 Not addressed - My mechanic said it is loose and your did not. maybe ours needs to call mine and see what they are talking about. 7) Evaporative emission line has rubbed through (need to remove spare tire carrier and rear seats to access) Not addressed and another cause of check engine light 8) Right rear sway bar link is missing Has been replaced 9) Transmission cooling lines are leaking Not addressed and still leaking I tried to call and email both Joe and Vic, and no one ever called me or email me back. I have giving them over a week to respond to me. I even wrote them one last email, telling them that if I do not get a call or email from them, I will have to leave a Negative review. Since that seems to be the only way they will respond to you. More

I first spoke with Mark Laut several times over the phone and through email before I made the trip out to purchase my car because I live an hour away. I wanted to make sure there wound't be any hidden fees that I wasn't informed about. When I finally arrived, Kalina Stoyanov met me outside because she noticed me driving around. I went straight in her office and the most pleasant experience started there. It was so nice to have a woman sales associate, she even said she forfeited her lunch because she wanted to help me after hearing about my previous experiences at other dealerships. I've never encountered a more professional, personable, and down to earth sales employee. She was great! I felt so comfortable with her assisting me! Also, the whole dealership is wonderful as well. When the car arrived that I requested she helped me with every feature and I was sold! After my mind was made up, Adam Hernandez helped me with the rest of my car buying experience. He made sure everything went smoothly and I was out the door and in my brand new white Jetta!!!!! More

After researching a number of vehicles from different manufacturers, I became very interested in the 2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. An internet request for information from the Autobarn was responded to promptly by Mark Laut, and followed up with a phone call the next day during which he was professional and courteous. I visited 3 VW dealerships to see and test drive the Jetta Sportwagen's they had in stock. Chris Krause, the salesman I met at the Autobarn, was definitely the deciding factor in where we purchased our new car. Chris greeted me warmly, explained the features of the car clearly and completely, and answered my questions. Of the 3 salesmen I met at VW dealerships, Chris was the most professional and knew his product the best. I couldn't be more more pleased with my new Jetta, or the experience at the Autobarn. More

I went looking for the Jetta and/or Tigua After having done a little bit of research and having VW's in the past, I knew I wanted to get another one. I went looking for the Jetta and/or Tiguan. Chris was my salesman and he was very helpful navigating which car model would best suit my driving needs. I test drove a couple of cars and ended up going with a Jetta TDI. And couldn't be happier! They had the best price around for a pre-certified car. I tried to find another dealership with a better price and warranty package but I could not. Chris answered all my questions and concerns and was very easy to deal with and relatable. The other staff were also very polite, kind, respectful and helpful as well…again the buying experience was great and I'll definitely be back for service and when it's time to trade this car in the future. I dreaded having to buy a new car - researching, test driving, negotiating, etc. When I arrived at the Auto Barn, Chris greeted me in a very friendly manner and took time to find out what type of car I needed. Even though the exact car I came in to see, was sold 10 minutes prior to me putting in an offer, he uncovered my top 3 must haves and delivered! I was able to get a very similar car with everything I needed. Due to my unfortunate experience of not being at the dealership first, he took that into account and put together a great offer and I took it (fast before anyone could buy this car before me)! I even get free car washes here - major bonus! Overall, I am extremely pleased with my new car, Chris's service, and I would highly recommend him and the Auto Barn to anyone looking for a new car! I feel relieved having found such a great place to give my business and am looking forward to all they have to offer! More
