I’ve received poor service at this VW location the last two oil changes. There were drops of oil on my garage floor following the last two oil changes. Oil was overfilled on one occasion. I had to find my car after service was completed. My car was in the back of the building where customers are not allowed. I had to use my key fob to find my vehicle in the mix of Volkswagens. So now I have to purchase what they took off my vehicle which came on my vehicle when I purchased it. I'm furious! I bring my vehicle to Volkswagen because I bought it from Volkswagen. But I might have to stop and get my car maintenance done elsewhere. More
