One of the reasons I’m very satisfied with my car is because of the service I get from the dealership and the service department. I like that they provide an Uber for me to go back home and not have to because of the service I get from the dealership and the service department. Got charged 800$ for fixing clock spring air bag light went off. Drove car back to crystal river started it a week later dash lights were back on. Brought car back . I then was told 1500$ more because so went off. Drove car back to crystal river started it a week later dash lights were back on. Brought car back . I then was told 1500$ more because something else was the problem now . They did clean contacts on driver side tail light and that worked. .I took my Volkswagen to your dealership thinking I would get treated fairly. I think a full refund is appropriate. 800 $ is a lot of money to me I’m on social security cant hardly get by More
