They also snuck in an expensive plan that offers very little. When I got the car, they did not fill it with gas, the windows and inside were dirty, we were given only one key and no car mats. I was very disappointed. Update: the dealer did reach out to me and they apologized and provided car mats and an additional key. I appreciated that they owned their mistakes and were seeking to make things better. More
