Great experience! ! I arrived on Sunday close to closing so I agreed to come back on Monday. Even though Tyler promised the car would be prepared first thing Monday an ! I arrived on Sunday close to closing so I agreed to come back on Monday. Even though Tyler promised the car would be prepared first thing Monday and ready for pickup by noon, it wasn't. In fact, i didn't arrive until 1:30p, Tyler was off that day, and nobody had been told anything about preparing the car. I'm thinking this isn't going to be good. What a pleasant surprise!! William was FANTASTIC!! Very courteous, personable, and professional. I really appreciated his honesty. William did not pretend to know things he didn't know and was quick to find answers. He printed out carfax report and went over it with me. He even personally went in back to help with detailing to speed things along for me. It's refreshing to get WONDERFUL service like that especially these days; and it's important to NOT over promise then UNDER deliver. William was able to flip that equation around with his heart sense of humor, attentiveness, and professionalism. WELL DONE!!! I'll definitely recommend VW of Ocala to anyone looking to buy a car. More
