I would not recommend getting your car fixed here as it will take a long time and the pricing will continue to be jacked up. They will ensure they can do/fix something by a specific time range, then charge will take a long time and the pricing will continue to be jacked up. I am always happy after leaving this shop for maintenance or service. Mandy, my service advisor at Volkswagen of North Tampa recommended a fuel induction service my last visit. I agreed, let me tell you; the engine runs a lot better. Smooth operation and quicker acceleration/response time after this was done. I was hesitant at first to get this done but honestly my 2023 VW Taos is more of a pleasure to drive after. She explained to me the benefits and how helpful it would be. Also, I’d like to note the service manager Kevin at this shop always shakes my hand and greets me by my last name sometime during my visit. It’s a small touch but I appreciate the hospitality. Everyone seems to work well together, front and back of the house. I’ve had a couple of things fixed or replaced under warranty. This is my first VW experience after switching from Ford. The service shop of North Tampa has made me a fan. I already like the styling of the Taos and its fuel efficiency. Hands down best experience at this Volkswagen shop, the lounge, the set up overall how it’s laid out. Coffee and water provided while waiting. Vending machines available if you want something extra like a soda or snack. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The back garage is well maintained and clean where the vehicles are worked on. I had something explained to me on my rear brakes by the Tech and service advisor so I’d feel confident on the work to be done. It was appreciated and felt they went above and beyond to help me. Also helped me get a Morgan Auto group credit card to help if I had an emergency repair. Mandy set it all up in the computer. So yes, 5 stars! They are doing something right at this shop. Thanks again! More
