I went in to have a tire replaced, and while the staff was polite and the job was done timely, I was frustrated to find that my spare tire was left loose in the back of my vehicle instead of being put bac was polite and the job was done timely, I was frustrated to find that my spare tire was left loose in the back of my vehicle instead of being put back into its proper storage. On top of that, I had been told my car would be washed during the visit, and I was contacted saying it was ready — but when I arrived, it had just been taken to get washed, so it actually wasn’t ready. For a paid service at a dealership, I expect a complete job — that includes returning the vehicle safely and properly reassembled. Leaving the spare unsecured is not only careless but also a potential safety issue. I hope this was just an oversight. More

I recently had a freak accident with my serpentine belt on my Arteon and not only did he go above and beyond to help me that day, he made sure the car was towed the following morning, handled and repaired.
