Everyone there was super nice and professional, my only complaint was not knowing there was a $1600 clear coat on car that wasn’t advertised, found out when I made offer to buy. I had a bad experience. Purchased a car and on the way home seen and experienced several issues with the car. Tried taking the car back the very next day NOT even 24hours a Purchased a car and on the way home seen and experienced several issues with the car. Tried taking the car back the very next day NOT even 24hours and they in bad faith stated they would fix the issues. The only thing fixed or corrected was new tires and they were CHEAP brands and not the tired designed for the car so needless to say I'm stuck putting the right tired on. In addition the biggest issue was motor mounts in which they told me I would have to pay for now. They did allow me a discount, but with the money I just put down I do have funds to fix anything. They said they fixed other issues BUT didn't. I'm basically stuck with putting another $2000 plus on this car mainly because they wouldn't take the car back as I think they already knew the issues, they drew the process out, then laid. Now I'm stuck with this 🍋 🍋 🍋 car. I'm not happy and will be looking for corporate info or someone that can do something in the next few days. This is unacceptable, but at this point it's not even worth trying to talk to them about it anymore. I'm tired, stressed and aggravated already and will not never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
