Just had a very good experience with VW of Moon Township and our salesperson, Joe Kazouh. I was purchasing from out of state so asked a lot of questions and wanted more photos than were on the web site, and and our salesperson, Joe Kazouh. The price on the car was very good, so I decided to move forward. We were in a hurry to get the car so thought the dealership as a whole could have been more responsive to that dynamic in terms of moving paperwork more quickly (and boy, do they need to get on board the DocuSign train to avoid shipping papers via UPS!), but in the end they came through in spades. The company who was supposed to transport the car from Pennsylvania to North Carolina ended up flaking, and Joe drove the car eight hours himself to make sure we had it when we needed it. He even took it to the car wash and filled up the tank when he got here before delivering it to our house. Plus, the car was in absolutely beautiful condition and exactly as described. I would not hesitate to purchase another car through Sebastian at Moon Twp VW. To be honest that salesperson was TERRIBLE, uncommunicative and had very little knowledge about the car I was trying to purchase. I decided to go back to the dealership, change sales people and give them another chance. I am very glad I did because I definitely wanted to purchase a Volkswagen. Sebastian clearly laid out the differences between the different Passats that I was looking at. He gave me lots of great details and facts on the test drive. After purchasing the vehicle he spent at least 30 minutes sitting in the car with me showing me more features, showed me what all the buttons did, synched my phone for me etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family to Sebastian More
I was told my car was $15,300. When I was signing the contracts I was told I had warranty service until 60 months or 60,000 miles. What I was not told is it was going to be an extra fee. The made it sound like these services were a part of my contract. They took advantage of a first time single buyer. I now owe over $16,000 in loans even though I put a down payment of $5,000 on the car. So in all actuality my loan should be around $10,300 not including tax and stuff like that. I know I should have looked at the contract better but I was in a rush after they made me wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment and then I was deceived and taken advantage of. You would be hard pressed to find a more poorly run operation than this dealership. Currently, I have been waiting patiently for 2+ months to receive any communication from the dealership regarding the operation than this dealership. Currently, I have been waiting patiently for 2+ months to receive any communication from the dealership regarding the prorated buyout of an extended warranty for a vehicle I traded. I submitted all the requested documentation to the dealership and have since contacted the finance manager and general manager and neither have returned my calls or emails. This is my money they are sitting on! When I took delivery they forgot to inspect the vehicle or load the navigation CD and I had to return to have both situations remedied. I only hope I receive feedback soon regarding my request — or even more preferable, the money for the unused portion of my extended warranty returned. More
This place is a joke!! I Would never buy from them again went to look at a truck they had called back the next day told them I wanted it they said they would pull truck of the lot they never did! Then had to keep calling them to see if I was approved nobody would call me back guy kept saying they are busy so I drove over a hour to go down to talk in person to see what was going on all the sales team was standing around doing nothing yeah so busy couldn’t call back was also told I would get $100 card to say thank you for buying off them never saw that either now I have been trying to get a hold of them about the warranty keep leaving voicemails 6 days now calling every day again keep getting told by a guy they are real busy my butt they are! don’t buy from them they are just looking for the sale and they won’t work with u on the price FYI told me they are only making $59 profit off the truck yeah ok More
