Long story short....after they tried to pull a fast one, the deal was not funded and we had to turn the car back over. A friend told me to try Dean Mcrary VW. Not only did Debbie find the perfect suv for us, but Justin had us multiple finance offers! We even got approved to buy 2 vehicles! Oh, and the Dean Mcrary vehicle is 6 years newer, half the miles, and has a FOREVER warranty (oppossed to the 2yr one the other vehicle had)...for just about the same price! More
Worst Dealership Called for service on my new Golf had bad MDI cable. They kept my car all day and could not find problem. Svc Mgr called me next day told me it could take up to 8 hr rewirng and 6 weeks. Since I bought from out of state dealership they could not help. I called the dealer that I bought it from and in 5 min was able to solve problem, mailed me correct cable. Apparently VW recall on 2015 Golf MDI cable. Hmmmm wonder why Dean don't those?? More
Service I have owned my Audi for 7 years and I have always gone to Dean Mc for service. It had been very good in the beginning when it was under warranty. Since there is no warranty on the car, the service is horrible. There is no longer a car available when I drop the car off. There is no additional checks and it was before so I don't have to make a return trip. Now I may be required to go back the next week for a simple repair that I'm sure they could have repaired or noticed when the car was in for service. The advisor has changed three times in the last year and each one is able to pull up a history on the computer but each wants to oversell and I have to point out that I paid for that on the last visit. Today I am told the repairs are $10,000. My air isn't working and my shocks are out. I asked to pick up the car without the repairs. I return to the dealer ship an hour later and I'm told it will be at least an hour before it's ready. WHY? No that I know warranty customers are treated better than older cars, I feel the same loyalty than the service department does. NONE. I'm sure if I look I will be able to find a competent mechanic who won't over charge for parts and $175.00 and hour. More

Best customer service anyone could ask for . I came in to look at the VWS and as soon as I walked through the door the receptionist Christina was so friendly ..she went above and beyond making s I came in to look at the VWS and as soon as I walked through the door the receptionist Christina was so friendly ..she went above and beyond making sure we where helped . she offered us coffee and popcorn that was in the waiting room and she made sure she got me a sales person as soon as one became available ... David Barren and Ken Goff the sales mgrs. where very helpful as well by providing me precise financing options that worked with my budget . My overall experience was the best at Dean McCrary out of any dealership I have ever been to ..I will purchase another vehicle when it comes time but it will only be from Dean McCrary when I do. More

Terrible dealership I had contacted the online department about a car and after several calls we agreed on a price. Well, the day I go to pick up my new car, I was told t I had contacted the online department about a car and after several calls we agreed on a price. Well, the day I go to pick up my new car, I was told that the price was a mistake and that it would be no less than 3K more. All because they had to change brake pads and tires that week. I asked many questions and it was always some excuse. When doing my research on carfax, the tires and brake pads had been changed weeks ago. They didn't like the fact that I was not using them for financing either. This dealership promises you anything you ask for but when it comes down to the deal, they change everything. The old, bait and switch. I ended up going to Kenner, LA and purchasing the same car for my asking price. Dean Mccrarys is a joke More
