I was told a certain price over the phone by a sales mgr and then drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and he went up on price and we have excellent credit and I’m sure he jacked up the interest rate as well. I specifically asked him over the phone if I drive that far you’re not going to add more pricing or fees and he said no we don’t do that, well he did. I was highly disappointed in that. Terry Hawkins and the finance mgr were great tho but not the sales mgr. More
