Chris kelly is amazing. He made my new purchase of a VW ID.4 so simple and thorough. Not once did I feel pressured and he took care of everything I asked him to handle. I asked him to have the majority of the paperwork and details handled before I arrived and I was in and out of the dealership including trading in my Jetta, walking away with a complete overview of the key things I wanted to know about my new car and feeling like I got a pretty darn good deal. The five star rating is really for Robert Hsu who Chip handed us off to because he needed to attend to a family friend. Robert was very helpful and made the buying process easy from start to finish. From handling our trade in to making sure we understood all the features and equipment offered in the Volkswagen Tiguan. We were also well taken care of by Dave in Finance who helped us understand our options for GAP and Repair Warranties from both our Credit Union and the dealer's option. Overall, very positive experience. We were able to complete our visit in just over two hours. More

Mr. Chris Kelly is a fine person, he is very professional, friendly and knows all the details about VW. When we needed to replace our car, we contacted several dealerships including the one we p professional, friendly and knows all the details about VW. And by far Chris was the best one of all the people we talked to. When we started, we never considered VW, but Chris was able to win us over. He represented the dealership in the best possible way. If it was not for Chris most likely we could have ended with BMW. More
