We live 7 miles from another VW dealership and I am sure there are another 20 dealers between my Chino home and Garden Grove however I am looking forward to having all my service appointments at VW Garden Grove. If the sales department is an example of the customer service I will receive from the service department I look forward to getting acquainted with them in 10,000 miles. More

My experience started with Greg Kozai in your internet sales department. Being an internet sales manager myself, I can be very critical of how other dealers operate. Greg was quick to respond, was very professional, and gave me a great price upfront. I can appreciate not having to go back and forth to haggle. We worked the deal via the phone and email, and set an appointment for my sister-in-law to stop by and drive the Jetta. I went to the dealership with her to help walk her through the process. I let her know that buying a car can be very difficult, and to expect a high pressure situation. That was not the case at all. Greg was extremely professional and just great to deal with. All of the numbers were exactly as we had discussed. Frank, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. He explained to my sister-in-law all the options that were available to her, and did not pressure her at all. When the car was ready to be delivered, it was great. Clean, and all gassed up. As a first time buyer it's scary to walk into a dealership and try to get something within your budget but Jeff and Greg were incredibly helpful, no question was left unanswered they worked with me to get the best possible deal out there, they have a wide range of models from new to certified used ones so I was like a little kid in a candy store, They even let me use their computer to find a good insurance company once I bought my car. I recommend Volkswagen of Garden Grove, their customer service is excelent, I love my new car and I'm positive you will leave just as happy as I did. More

I just couldn't stop after I started, and can possibly keep going. But I think you get my point. As a VW enthusiast, I have owned 5 VWs in the last 10 years, and have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from several VW dealerships in Southern California. Hands-down, this has been my best purchase experience from a VW dealership. Though this was my first purchase from VW of Garden Grove, they have earned my future business as well. And in business, especially in our current economic climate, retention is just as important as new business. In my situation, they have earned both. Everyone I had interactions with at VW of Garden Grove demonstrated utmost professionalism: Tim Vest, Tina Hoover, Jeff West, Anya Artemyeva. As described above, they were extremely patient with my shopping process exceeding all of my expectations. Rather than forcing a sale, they worked with me to best meet my objectives. I had originally visited the San Juan Capistrano dealership because it was closer to my Volkswagen of Garden Grove exceeded all of my expectations. I had originally visited the San Juan Capistrano dealership because it was closer to my house. I went home and researched online if Triple A or Costco offered better prices, and Garden Grove came up on every website. Within an hour, Jeff West contacted me. He was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. When I actually met him in person he was professional and humorous, and mentioned how his son drives a volkswagen, and I really felt like I had made the right decision by purchasing mine. His assistant, Anya Artemyeva took over the financials and legal info from there. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable about cars, and helpful with all my questions, and explaining everything thoroughly. She made it easy to contact her by phone or e-mail, always responded immediately, and even gave me her cell phone number on her day off incase I had additional questions. I was very impressed with Anya's performance and felt very at ease and comfortable every time we spoke via email or on the phone. I felt the same way when I finally met her in person, she was also stunning! Anya spent over an hour with me, inside and out of my new car explaining how everything works, she set up my blue tooth, and made sure I didn't drive off the lot until all of my questions were answered. I have already recommended Volkswagen of Garden Grove to all of my friends and family, and shared with them my wonderful experience. I will continue to do that.
