I called earlier in the week and was so pricey to make a repair was $900 I was quoted $2000 after having conversations with the pricing I was told my car was going to be $1400. Car was dropped off on Monday the December 9 I was told to repair was going to be completed on Wednesday the 11th. Did not receive any communication until I called on Thursday was told the car was gonna be finished that night by 5 o’clock did not get fixed until Friday the 13th with no communication again until Friday at 12:30 AM. This is my first and last time. More

Recall repair and !42 for parts? My son leaves his phone # but dealer insists either contacting by email or calling father. Communication is horrible. Not taking car back to Fallston again. Requested quote to sell car. Didn’t happen. More
Went to get my 2022 Taos looked at because of a check engine light. They were very quick to help me and quick to find out the problem with my car. They took it back within a reasonable amount of time and engine light. They were very quick to help me and quick to find out the problem with my car. I called Michael Morrison yesterday, (12/2),to schedule my annual service. He accommodated me with an appointment the next day. Joe Lee, my Service Writer, took care of my VW check in and details. When the work was complete in the shop, Joe Lee put my invoice together, I paid my bill and I was out the door. This Service Department continues to be exceptional, and I highly recommend them.
