The dealership was neat and clean and the refreshments were plentiful. The young lady existing me went out of her way to explain the process and to ensure I was given great customer service. My previous experience with dealerships and oil changes is the technician would come to share the assessment of the vehicle and tell me the remaining time period. Also, I would get a sticker to let me know the mileages and the next upcoming oil change. I was told the vehicle reminds me automatically. Ironically, another tire was losing air. I guess I will have to return. Overall the services went well. More

I’ve spent over 4,000 dollars and just picked my car up yesterday. The same thing has happened three times. Within 2 miles engine light comes back on.
