This should have been an easy, positive car‑buying experience. Marvin, the sales manager, was excellent—professional, honest, and great to work with. I brought a valid bank‑issued blank check loan, which they refused to accept, insisting on running financing through the dealership instead, even though it was still through my bank. The explanation was unclear, and when I mentioned it would have saved me about $300 due to GAP pricing, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s disappointing that this interaction overshadowed an otherwise solid team. Respectful communication and clear explanations matter in a major financial decision. More

Service Mgr Mike Miller immediately drafted a service ticket/order and had it examimed by a technician. It was learned a new battery was needed and installed.
