After owning Corollas and Civics and their lack of availability we took a ride to Duluth to just look at their stock of new cars. Serina talked us into test driving the new Jetta and we fell in love w availability we took a ride to Duluth to just look at their stock of new cars. Serina talked us into test driving the new Jetta and we fell in love with it. But opted for the Blue one they had on the showroom floor and drove home with it. 15 months later we are so satisfied and the gas mileage is excellent. Have driven the 100+ miles back to the same dealer for 2 regularly scheduled service visits which have went smooth and they treat us well! More

There has been a dramatic increase in the level of customer service. From sales to the service department, you can see more leadership and care. I live over an hour away and find it hard to schedule any appointments without taking a day off of work. More
