First when we purchased this vehicle our salesman told us it did stuff that it doesn't have. He's no longer there so I am glad they don't tolerate that. Each time I have complained about the Apple car play not working properly, and it's not really ever taken care of. My passenger seatbelt has been broken since the day I first drove it. When they were suppose to order nobody contacted me that it was in, I once again called asking what was going on. I came up the 3rd time and it's they ordered the wrong one so it's still not fixed. My Apple car play is also still inoperable. I am currently using blue to play music. Now for most people that live close this is fine, but I live almost 2 hours from the dealership and have spent my days and money coming there and it has yet to be right. I am disappointed in how this has been handled... More

Good working relation for the most part. When I pulled up with the car on the trailer there were 2 sales people outside the front entrance and it seemed like they moved inside quick to not h When I pulled up with the car on the trailer there were 2 sales people outside the front entrance and it seemed like they moved inside quick to not have to engage with me. I went to service dept., which was already closed, however there was a gentleman washing cars. He told me where to park the car for service the next day. The service advisor was great other than a little more communication would have been nice. I was in no hurry for the car which I told him that, however the following week we had to call to find out the status. It turned out that the scope of work it went in for was completed. There was a hose that needed replacing so it got ordered and that’s what the delay was. I was happy they were fixing it and it got covered under warranty of some sort. I just wish that they would have been communicated right away instead of us having to call to find out. More
