We had a small issue with a passenger door not working correctly on a vehicle we were buying -they fixed the problem & then delivered the vehicle no problem. These people were great to work with. ..they bent over backwards to find me the car I wanted. I don’t believe I got good info on extended warranties, or good information on the Northland package to make a decision to purchase that. These up upsells you definitely missed out on. We purchased a 2023 Arteon from VW of Duluth. Serina helped us out on our new purchase and she was just Awesome!!! Not only was Serina awesome but the whole staff is Awesome!!!
