I recently purchased a Honda CRV from the dealership. This was my 3rd purchase from this dealer. From the time I called at 5 PM Tuesday to the time I picked up the car was roughly 22 hours with all paperwork ready to sign. They gave me great trade in value for my Acura and even managed to give a slight haircut to the price of vehicle I purchased. They handled the financing with a rate my credit union was surprised to see. I can't say enough about Chris the GM and all the staff that assisted from my initial contact, finance and service. I ended up leasing my vehicle. First time I've done this. I was a little uncomfortable about limiting my miles, but I was assured that if I went over, it would be okay. I am still a bit uncomfortable leasing. We will see how this goes. Dylan was excellent, personable, and provided a lot of help. I bought my first VW there and was super satisfied. I always had my oil change there and the waiting area has a TV, water, and snacks, which is great if it ends up taking a bit longer. I love this dealership. More
