They are very rude they are not professional. They say they fix your vehicle, but they don’t had to go to another dealership to figure that one out. They’re very rude on the phone when you call and it’s not the person‘s fault when the vehicle has many recalls and they do not want to make right of that or just simply be kind because it’s very irritating to bring your car in every week to have something done to it. and it’s almost like they scolded you for bringing your car in and then they don’t even fix it or be nice. I highly recommend not buying a VW from there going down to the cities to buy one down there if you’re gonna buy one or somewhere else because they don’t stand behind their work their ethics anything of value they don’t stand behind. And then they expect you to give them a good rating when they can’t even be nice. I don’t think that’s right at all. More

This was also my first time buying a fairly new car and getting a loan so it was pretty intimidating but they were patient and help me walk through the process, making clear my expenses and what to expect down the line. I would recommend Volkswagen of Duluth to anyone looking for a car, however always do your diligent research on any vehicle. There are some good dealership in Duluth but Volkswagen was the one I finally got a car from after a year of searching so take that for what you will. More
