The team goes the extra mile to help the customer.
I had a $650 service bill which I was ready to pay, but the service rep was able to find a warranty to cover the cost. She did this on her own.

I had an appiontment at 8 am.
I took my car in for an oil change and to have recalls addressed. Dropped the car off at 8 am and it wasn't ready until 6 pm.
