No call from Lee Tinoco as he promised. If I could give VW of Alamo Heights zero stars, I would. I bought my brand new 2024 Taos from here in April. While traveling to Corpus Christi in July it broke down, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from start to (still waiting for) finish. My car, with less than 3,000 miles on it, was towed to the VW of Corpus Christi. It’s now been 9 weeks, and I still have no idea when it will be repaired. Jose, the service advisor, has been unable to give me an ETA. To make matters worse, they won't provide a rental car, claiming they don't have any available. So, good luck if you ever need one from this dealership. The level of customer service I've experienced has been shocking. I initially gave them a great review because the experience of selling me the car was great. If you need help after that point, they are zero help. On Monday July 29th 5 days after being towed, I met with Adnaan "Andy" Rowshan and Cameron Harris, the salespeople I dealt with at Alamo Heights, told me to call VW directly because the car isn’t at their dealership. They refused to provide a loaner car, stating that my car was towed to the closest dealership where it broke down. Chris Cameron, their manager, was too busy to help me, and even after leaving my number for Lee Tinoco, the GM, weeks ago I didn’t hear back. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new car, and I expected much better service. The lack of communication, the refusal to offer a rental car, and the general disregard for their customers is appalling. I deeply regret purchasing from VW of Alamo Heights, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. More
Non accountable individuals that use positions to show manipulation of the premise of customer service to garner a paycheck without remorse or compassion for their clients. No communication unless pushed to answer direct questions in a Yes or No fashion to the point that they will and have kept me on a hold for 45 minutes without acknowledgement of the customer. Literally let it ring until they were annoyed at having to do their job and not hide behind technology to show their unprofessional behavior. Also, customers were assigned an individual to interact with, however, they would not communicate to their paying customer that they would not be at work the following day and did not have anyone to keep tabs on their cases while they were off. Not covering down for people not at work is a sign of the lack of concern for the situation and dont care for a successful relationship with their paying clients. You are literally at the mercy of unprofessional individuals that will not offer shelter to working individuals coming in at 0655 am to pick up a car at 0700. My time is the same as everybody's else, but if I am paying for a service I would expect some common courtesy of interaction besides clock watchers. If you hate your job, hire me. xxxx, I ll do it at half proces and show you what hard work is. Anyways, no communication from one branch to the service center. If you can avoid them, take your patience and money somewhere else. If you are military, avoid them because they do not have any care for you after your wallet is emptied. More

Yes, the repairs did cost quite a bit, but they have really great ways to help you out with payment plans if you no longer have warranty. More
I had an issue of a bad battery. Talked with Brian in parts and he said "it was probably still under warranty, bring it in and they would look at." Got to the dealer and even though I didn't have an appointment, they got me in, checked it out and replaced the battery and coded it all before 5 pm. I highly recommend VW of Alamo Heights. More
