I had a great experience at VW Alamo Heights. I was sent email reminders of my appointment, had minimal wait time to speak with my service advisor, and got text updates. I opted to stay and wait vs the shuttle service because they only offered a drop off service NOT and not pick me back up. The BEST part was at the end of the oil change, I got a video of the service tech walking around my video showing the vehicle fluids up to par and even measuring the tire treads and the break pads. I was very happy with the customer service and wait time. More
