Additionally, Richard Roel explained to me what necessary documentation i would need to ensure a smooth purchase. On the day I purchase my vehical, Lori, Daniel and Richard made sure that myself and my wife were well aware of every step of the transaction from vehicle features to warranty. This team of three really treated us like family and made sure we were well informed and well satisfied with our purchase. My salesman was great it is the service followup for oil changes etc that is lacking. I was also having a problem with the passenger side seat belt connection & had to end up making 3 trips back to the deal changes etc that is lacking. Overall service very good but would prefer a video for learning how to operate a vehicle that was described by someone there as a motherboard with wheels. Manual is somewhat difficult to follow.
