Carlos in Service, made our visit all around outstanding. Was very helpful and informative, and the service was super fast. We called and left a message around 3pm, Carlos text us back not long after that. W Was very helpful and informative, and the service was super fast. We needed two new tires, and called to check if they had any in stock and to have them verify with warranty that they would pay for both replacement tires. Brought the car in early the following morning, Carlos had to order the brand and size to match what was on the vehicle and had everything installed and paid for before he got off at 4pm SAME DAY. Very impressed and happy with the Amazing service we recieved at VW of Alamo heights Service Department. Thanks Carlos. More

Great services to repair my vehicle, they really worked with me to find an affordable option to repair my vehicle. This was a very positive experience. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received. We felt like we were having to chase them down to get them to sell us a vehicle. We had picked out a vehicle and went back and forth with the price We felt like we were having to chase them down to get them to sell us a vehicle. We had picked out a vehicle and went back and forth with the price and finally agreed on a price. We went to the dealership to buy the vehicle that same day and we had our down payment and purchase agreement from our bank everything was ready on our part. When we got there we realized that there were a couple of important items that needed to get fixed. The manager came over and told us he would get them fixed the following day so we told them we would come back the following day to purchase the vehicle after everything was fixed. Well, the next day came and went. I called my sales lady twice and the manager for an update. I left a message for the manager and they NEVER returned my calls. No calls to say we are working on it. Nothing. We went to the dealership the following day and nothing had been repaired on the vehicle. I could not submit this review without having to rate the dealership so that's why I had to give them 1 star. If I had a choice, I would not have even given them any stars. Again, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. More
