Left my car a week it never got check I never received phone calls for updates. Horrible customer service. As I’m waiting 3 more customers are upset my the staff. Dolly the service director said we need t phone calls for updates. Horrible customer service. As I’m waiting 3 more customers are upset my the staff. Dolly the service director said we need to be patient because they are short staffed and she only does her job. From the moment I arrived, Carlos greeted me with a friendly and professional demeanor. He carefully listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. Throughout the service process, Carlos kept me informed about the progress of the work and any additional findings. He displayed a high level of expertise and was able to explain technical details in a way that was easy to understand. Additionally, Carlos ensured that the service was completed in a timely manner and that all the necessary checks were performed to guarantee the safety and performance of my car. I called at 445pm on a Saturday to see if I could possibly get a battery for my 2020 Tiguan installed. I thought I would be dropping off for when they opened , but they fixed my car and had me in th possibly get a battery for my 2020 Tiguan installed. I thought I would be dropping off for when they opened , but they fixed my car and had me in the road the same day. I didn’t arrive until 5:15pm! They are amazing! More
