It seems like once you drive the car out of the lot customer service stops. I've called on many occasions and even sent emails to the "manager" and still 'cricket'. I went in knew just about what I wanted but needed to see what was difference in the models. Arrived spoke to Tim B. he explained it all to me I looked at a black one and within an hour of me leaving it was what was difference in the models. But Tim reached out and asked me to come look at a grey one glad he did because I like the grey one more the interior was nice I am like yes let's get it done he was on it and had me up and in the finance office in no time. What can I say finance guy for the love of god I can't remember his name he was on his "A" game he had me in got me set and out the door with less fuss and ease. Finance workers sometimes don't get the recognition they deserve because we are only in there for a quick second and you don't get to know them like the salesperson but they have a great team over there at Alamo Heights VW..... Had to replace battery. I called the Services department where Rodney answered. He gave me advice to get my vehicle to the dealership with low battery. Customer service is not the best, hate the fact that they can’t call me or send me a text when my car is ready for pick up. There is NEVER a lone car when my car is in service, and if I stay until my car is can’t call me or send me a text when my car is ready for pick up.
