I went to do an oil change today. Had a coupon for a great price sent by this dealership and after an hour wait the service advisor came out and said that my coupon was not valid for Had a coupon for a great price sent by this dealership and after an hour wait the service advisor came out and said that my coupon was not valid for this car. I was also doing another service they advised me to get done. I ask them to honor the coupon based on the fact that I always service with them. They said that my car was never serviced there. Service department is very professional from my own experience. I made an appointment online to have my VW 30,000 mile maintenance service. As I entered service department I was immediately greeted and experience. I made an appointment online to have my VW 30,000 mile maintenance service. As I entered service department I was immediately greeted and waited upon within minutes for check in. Checkin was easy and I wanted to wait for my vehicle instead of having them take me back home, which they offer as part of their service. ( very cool!!) My vehicle was ready in timely manner within two hours :) my service rep came to gather me up and check out which was efficient and professional. Okay so I did purchase my vehicle here and have all my work done here at VW of Alamo Heights because they are professional and friendly…. Not a robot! Cheers I’ll be back. More

I am a serious buyer and have been in the market for a specific car Shady practices and don’t value customers! Very bad experience with this dealer. I am a serious buyer and have been in the market for a specific car for about a month! I found a used car I wanted, asked about it and told them I’m going to buy the car this Saturday since I live in Houston. They wouldn’t accept a deposit, but wanted the full amount for the car in order to hold it for 2 days. Ridiculous. But told me I can call back the today Friday to give a deposit and they would hold the car for me for 24 hours. Yesterday Thursday went to my bank got approved for the loan, was good to go. This Friday morning called this dealer and put a deposit down. Told them I would be driving this morning (Friday) to get the car. Just as we are about to leave I call to confirm it’s still there and they’re telling me that someone else is there to buy it. So I talk to the new car manager (I don’t know why!) and he explains that they don’t take deposits on a Friday & Saturday - even though they took mine and I was about to leave to get it. This was never communicated to us, and they said the deposit would hold for 24 hours when we put it down. We made an agreement with the used car manager that he would hold the car for us. I guess he disappeared. The new car manager I assume said the deposit would have held if I was on the way which sounded like bs, I basically was on the way! Said I missed the car by 1 hour. His tone was condescending! Changed my work schedule to get this car and I was going to buy it for the full price and had my bank approval in my email! Will never buy a car from this dealer. They are liars and waste your time! I will go do business elsewhere with my excellent credit and fat bank account! More
