Service department staff was nice and accomplished what was requested. However, I was charged 297.00 to install ECU software recommended by a Volkswagen Bulletin. This Bulletin corrected a problem that h was requested. However, I was charged 297.00 to install ECU software recommended by a Volkswagen Bulletin. This Bulletin corrected a problem that has cost me a bundle already as a result of erroneous error codes it shot out in the past. In summary, I was charged 2 hours labor for a ten minute job that was entirely caused by poorly designed software from VW!!! Not real happy. More
No greeting upon arrival, my service person had absolutely no customer service skills. Upon drop off, we discussed my vehicle service appointment and when I brought up that I had a dash light I ne absolutely no customer service skills. Upon drop off, we discussed my vehicle service appointment and when I brought up that I had a dash light I needed to have looked at, I was told they would not be able to look at it and I would have to bring my car in another day just for them to review the dash light issue. I live 100 miles away from the dealer so this is extremely inconvenient. I notified them of the dash light prior to the service beginning, so I don't understand why a whole additional appointment is needed. Upon pick up of the vehicle, the same dismissive attitudes towards the several customers waiting to be greeted or helped. Very poor customer service. I will not return to this dealership for service in the future. More
