I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit for a vehicle diagnostic. Given the $220 charge, I expected a thorough examination and detailed documentation of any issues fo during my recent visit for a vehicle diagnostic. Instead, all I received was a single sentence stating, "Auxiliary fuel pump needs to be replaced." There was no additional information provided regarding the specific part, part numbers, or any details about how the technicians reached this diagnosis. This lack of information is unacceptable, and I feel that I have been overcharged for a service that did not meet my expectations. I am upset that I paid a substantial amount for a diagnosis and received almost nothing in return. I hope you can address this issue promptly and provide a more comprehensive report or a suitable resolution. More

Front end of sales process was smooth with quick responses and willingness to negotiate quickly with no games.
