From the moment we walked in the door and met Greg sit was the most wonderful experience I've ever had buying a new car! Greg was always working with a smile and went above and beyond every experience I' was the most wonderful experience I've ever had buying a new car! Greg showed me the options for the 2013 jetta TDI and made sure I was completely comfortable with making my decision. I never felt pressured or like I was being scammed in any way shape or form. During the process of buying the car Greg was always quick to return my calls and answer my questions. He was even able to rush the process through to meet my busy schedule. The dealership was nice and clean and had plenty of snacks available for the customers. I even had my son with me and he bumped his head and started crying and the manager Steve came over and gave my son a VW teddy bear to cheer him up. Greg also introduced me to the service department to schedule my first check up and they wer just as friendly and accommodating. Again this was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. He is always accomodating with a loaner car or rental vehicle, even if you show up unannounced.he is polite and fair, even supplying coupons if you've forgotten yours. every repair has always been done correctly the first time.
