I had an appointment with the internet sales person. Stopped at the front door and was told he wasn't there because he was out of town. The two salesmen who lied to me that were outside just glared at me the whole time. I have never had a shopping experience like the one at this Volkswagon Auto Dealer. I found a car on the internet at this dealership that I was interested in. I called in reference to this vehicle and spent 5 days working on a deal with the salesman Joe Lantz. We were able to get the car financed and were on our way to get it when Lantz called to inform me that the car had been sold. Mind you I lived 2 and a half hours away and took a half of day off from work. I was assured by Lantz that the car was marked sold and would be held for me. When I called to talk to the sales manager, Geno, he told me that everything that Lantz said was untrue and pretty much called him a liar. I found this dealership to be shady and do NOT recommend buying anything from them. They cannot be trusted!!!!!!! More
I bought a new Jetta in July from Ken and he was fine to work with at that time. I would buy another car from them except for the fact that the referral money they offer if you refer someone who makes a pu work with at that time. I referred a friend within a month after my purchase who bought another Jetta and while they admit they remember me and the friend, the referral check has never arrived. The friend has called also them repeatedly also and even went to the dealership who said they would send the check. Therefore, due to a $200. or $250. referral bonus, I will not buy another car from them. More
The service on my brand new 2011 Jetta had been inept, at best. They have made repairs worse by not putting components back together properly. It takes several visits to get things right. We purchased a new car that had a minor dent on the door and another issue with the visor. These items were listed on the "We Owe" form. When I returned to pick up my car for service, the dent was still vis and another issue with the visor. These items were listed on the "We Owe" form. When I returned to pick up my car for service, the dent was still visible and the visor was not fixed. The salesman gave me some story about the dent and visor being too expensive to fix for one reason or another. I reminded him that these items were listed on the "We Owe" form and the dealership is now going back on their promise. We had this conversation on a Sunday and today is now Thursday and our salesperson has not returned our call. I am giving them until Friday before I take it to the next step. I agree with a previous review, that once you leave the lot with your purchase, they are done with you. I will NEVER refer anyone to them and I hope they remember that this horrible customer service will eventully catch up with them! More

Once I arrived, I realized the car met all my expectations and more! I was treated by a very friendly and courteous staff (Steve U. and Mo) and they helped to make my Christmas right. I would never hesitate to buy another car from the friendly folks at Brandon Volkswagen and I highly recommend this place when purchasing a car! More
Lied to by salesman and when you roll off the lot, you’re on your own. If something is wrong (lies about what works and doesn’t by salesman) and you bring it back, the only response is, “you buy it as is, so on your own. The leak never stopped so brought it in and $350 latter it is fixed. Very shady sales team, they will tell you anything to sell the car. I don’t think they do the service inspection at all, if it run it will sell, buyer beware. More

This is true until they know you are purchasing a vehicle and then you basically fall of the face of the earth to them. I also agree with the last post about the finance officer. He was extremely rude especially when he found out I was not financing through the dealership. My suggestion is to please not make the mistake that I did and decided to purchase a vehicle from them new or used. More
